1. A visa to Vietnam can be applied for in the Embassy of Vietnam in Islamabad. The application can be submitted as early as six month prior to the date of travel.
1.1. Visas are required for all visitors traveling to Vietnam, with the exception of citizens of some countries, and only for short stay (Updated information about visa exemptions is available at the Embassy).
1.2. Applicants can apply for Single or Multiple-entry, up to 1 month or 6 months or one year stay.
1.3. Applicants can submit the visa applications in person or delegate or through a third person/agency.

• Original PASSPORT valid for at least one month beyond the passport holder’s period of stay in Vietnam.

Business Visa
Documents Required
1. Short-stay visa application form duly filled and signed by the applicant.
2. Two (2) recent photographs of the applicant. Please check photograph specifications here.
3. An ordinary passport or other recognised travel document valid for at least three months from the expiry date of the visa applied for. This document must have at least two empty pages. Please bring previous passports, if any, and attach with application copies, on A4 size paper, of used pages.

5. If you have been refused a visa by an Embassy or High Commission in the last two years, written explanation about reason for trip and refusal.
6. Third country nationals residing in Pakistan must provide supporting documents attesting to the legality and the authorized duration of their residence here.
7. Original signed letter of the applicant’s company/employer stating name, position, salary, duration of employment, address and contact numbers of the employer, purpose and duration of visit to the Schengen state(s).
8. Supporting documents of personal income :

Categories Of Visa
All Pakistani Nationals are required to have a valid US visa for entry into the United States of America. The visa categories are broadly divided into two groups, namely Non-immigrant Visa and Immigrant Visa
Non-immigrant Visa
A non-immigrant visa generally represents a short term visa for a temporary stay in the US. The authorized period of stay will be determined/ allowed by the Immigration Officer at the port of entry into the US.
It covers visa for following purposes;
Tourist, Business, Students, Medical etc
The period of visa and its nature including the multiple/ single entry will be determined by the US Consular Office.
For this category of visa, applicants are expected to demonstrate their financial standing to fund travel/ stay cost, genuine purpose of visit, their strong ties to the country of residence, their intention to return from US after their temporary stay etc
Immigrant Visa
An immigrant visa is for the applicants who plan to live permanently in the United State of America. The immigrant visa allows for a ‘’Legal Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) and may finally lead to US Nationality
Generally, the visa process starts usually with a petition initiated by a family member to the US citizenship & Immigration Services.

Take an interview appointment date from our representative; the allotment is done strictly on first come first serve basis. Interview date will be noted on the Visa Fee Receipt.
All visa applicants, irrespective of age (including infants), are required to appear for an interview at the designated Embassy/ Consulate on the specified date; refer “Interview Scheduling”. All applicants below age 14 must appear along with their parents, copies of parents NIC should be provided while submitting the applications.
Applicants must carry following documents while appearing for the interview:
Valid Original Passport and all previous passports
Fee Receipt issued by AEG having the interview date specified on it
Visa applicants for categories F-1, J-1, M-1 must take their original academic degrees/ diplomas/ certificates with a photocopy set of all those documents
Any other documents, at their own discretion, to support their visa case (e.g. full travel details, detailed educational information etc)
Original NIC
At the interview, visa officer after review of your application may ask for additional information from you; and will advise the decision on your visa application. Following situations are likely
Visa is refused; passport will be returned by the visa officer
Visa is approved with some additional administrative process; either a letter would be given to that effect and passport is retained or on your request passport can be returned
Visa is approved; passport will be retained and will be returned after a week or so through the visa center where the application was submitted
On receipt of the Passport with visa sticker from the Embassy/ Consulate, applicant will be notified on his/ her contact number. You may collect passport personally or through an authorized representative in writing along with copy of his NIC on surrendering one original Receipt and the letter given by the Visa officer.
If you have taken back the passport prior to visa issuance, you would be advised by the Embassy/ Consulate to submit passport once the visa is ready. You are required to submit passport through the Visa Center on payment of applicable service charges.
